The project Phase 1 development was completed in April 2026. This milestone delivered a fully completed, 5,600 m² facility where the first businesses are already successfully moving in.
Across the entire ~24,000 m² business park, around 60 companies will establish themselves within 8 buildings, which includes a dedicated restaurant building with a conference hall.

A company purchasing spaces in the LEZ Business Park would also become a member of the Kaunas Free Economic Zone, with all applicable tax incentives of the LEZ zone.

To qualify for the corporate income tax incentives, the company must meet several conditions:
- Be registered as a Zone company
- Reach the investment threshold:
- For service companies: 100,000 EUR
- For other companies: 1,000,000 EUR
- Generate 75% of revenues from activities conducted within the LEZ
- Additional conditions are specified in the Free Economic Zones Law Free Economic Zones Law.
Project Developer
REES is a real estate development company operating since 2011, successfully completing several real estate projects during this time.
In 2022, the first phase of the "LEZ Business Park" was completed. Five fully constructed buildings were built on Ryternos Street, totaling approximately 3,000 m² of space.
